Vacuum Melt Spinning Furnace
1.Melting spinning function: equipped with quartz crucible, able to process amorphous alloy ribbons/particle weight range from 5g to 50g each period.
2. Melting and casting function: able to melt 50~500g metal(allow secondary feeding) and cast into ingot mold each period.
3.Able to produce diameter range from D10 to D50 bar material or other size material in accordance with the mold.
4.Able to cast metal and amorphous panels.
A jet mill grinds materials by using a high speed jet of compressed air or inert gas to impact particles into each other. Jet mills can be designed to output particles below a certain size, while continue milling particles above that size, resulting in a narrow size distribution of the resulting product. Particles leaving the mill can be separated from the gas stream by cyclonic separation.

Vacuum Sintering Furnace
Working temperature is higher than 1500℃，able to process with more than 500kgs material per period. Features are as follows:

Cut off the rough material into the exactly shape which according to clients requirement. Features are as follows:
1. Guarantee material thickness and uniformity.
2. The cooling water transfer through rotating joint in order to make sure there is no leakage.
3. New process adopted aim to reduce the consumption of the cooling water.
4. Equipped with side scraper to avoid the material accumulated.
5. CVT, adjustable speed.
As the accuracy in dimensions in grinding is of the order of 0.000025 mm, in most applications it tends to be a finishing operation and removes comparatively little metal, about 0.25 to 0.50 mm depth.

Coating is a covering that applied to the surface of the magnet, to protect the magnet from oxidation, humidity, rust and so on.
