This magnetic bar is featured with customized internal threads (including M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, etc) at one or both ends, allowing for secure, flush installation that eliminates material entrapment and simplifies the CIP (Clean-in-Place) process. This design provides a clean and flush installation, making them perfect for use in tight spaces and magnetic grates. The 14000 Gauss magnetic rods can capture the finest iron particles from powders, granules, and liquids. The food-grade 3316L stainless steel construction and Ra0.6 surface finish ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP standards. The fully sealed welded structure makes our internally threaded magnetic rods suitable for humid, high-humidity, and corrosive environments.
