Our lead time is 45-55 days after receiving your payment. This is affected by Chinese rare earth magnet export control policy from April 2025. All exported magnets should be sent to the authoritative third-party institution to test the composition ratio of rare earth elements and obtain the official inspection report required by customs.

As a customized manufacturer, our unit price is calculated based on material grade, size and order quantity. We support FOB Ningbo and CIF to your destination port / international airport. Please provide your technical specifications for an accurate quote.

Of course, we offer tiered pricing. The larger the volume, the lower the unit price due to optimized material utilization and reduced setup costs per unit.

Due to the price fluctuations of rare earth materials (PrNd, DyFe, etc.), our quotations are typically valid for 7days. If raw material prices fluctuate significantly during the negotiation period, we will update the price accordingly. For long-term partners, we can discuss price-locking mechanisms or regular price adjustment cycles.

For standard sizes, there is no mold fee. For customized shapes or specific magnetic assemblies, a one-time mold / tooling fee may apply.
Refund Policy: If your cumulative order quantity reaches a certain threshold (target volume), we can refund the mold fee or deduct it from your subsequent orders.

Yes. For all sample orders from XF Magnet, we can provide a full set of official test reports upon your request, including but not limited to magnetic performance test report, dimensional tolerance inspection report, salt spray test report to fully verify the quality and performance of the samples before your mass order placement.

For standard customized sample orders, the production lead time is 15-25 days upon receipt of your deposit and confirmed drawing specifications. For formal bulk production orders, the lead time is 45-55 days, including 10 working days to obtain the magnet inspection report.

Yes. We provide official test reports for magnetic performance, dimensional tolerance and salt spray test for each batch of products, to verify product quality.

The product warranty period of XF Magnet is 30 days after you receive the goods. During the warranty period, if you find quality problems (such as unqualified magnetism, dimensional deviation, or damage), please contact us with photos/videos of the problems. After verifying the issues, we will arrange return, replacement or compensation.
