Neodymium Pot Magnet with Countersunk Hole Nickel Plated Strong Holding Magnet 200N Pull Force Industrial Mounting
- PRODUCT DETAIL
This is a pot magnet with countersunk hole. It’s a neodymium magnet sealed inside a precision-made mild steel shell. That shell focuses the magnetic field onto one flat face, so you get strong holding power with a compact size. Each one has a countersunk hole right in the center. Drop a standard countersunk screw in, and it sits perfectly flush – nothing sticks out to catch on anything. The finish is a three-layer nickel-copper-nickel plate. It resists rust, stands up to moisture, and leaves a smooth, bright silver surface. Even in damp or mildly corrosive spots, it keeps working like it should.
We make these in sizes from diameter of 12 mm to 120 mm across, with the pull force from 3 kg up to 600 kg. And if you prefer a different way to mount it, we can machine in custom threaded holes from M3 to M12. You will find these magnets holding up tool racks, cabinet doors, signs, industrial jigs, outdoor fixtures, and retail displays – all over the world. Need a non-standard size or a different pull force? Please feel free to contact us at info@xf-magnet.com.

Note: The pull force is the test value under ideal conditions (direct attraction to a clean, flat 5mm thick low-carbon steel plate). In actual applications, factors such as paint, rust, air gaps, and thin steel plates will reduce the breakwaway force.

*We can make pot magnet according to your requirements, just let me know the above parameters and required pull force.
Key Features
- Compact but powerful: The steel shell focuses magnetic flux onto one face, so you get a super powerful pull force magnet of the small size. Compared to a bare magnet, this pot magnet can pull several to over ten times more. Some special magnetic circuit designs even reach 20-30 times.
- Flush mounting with a countersunk hole: Use a standard flat-head screw, and it sits completely flush-no screw head sticks out. That means no rattling, a neat finish, and a mechanical anchor in addition to the magnetic hold.
- One-face magnetic field: The steel cup shields the back and sides, so all magnetic energy comes out the front face. This avoids stray magnetic interference with nearby electronics or components-a clean, safe design.
Applications
1. Tool & Hardware Hanging Racks
In workshops, garages, and retail hardware stores, organization is critical for productivity and safety. The pot magnets are the ideal fastening solution for mounting tool racks, pegboard accessories, and metal hook strips directly to steel wall panels, metal shelving uprights, or ferromagnetic toolbox lids.
2. Warehousing & Retail Display
The neodymium pot magnets are extensively used to attach point-of-sale displays, aluminum-framed posters, branded header boards, and price tag holders to steel shelving uprights, metal grid panels (slatgrid), and magnetic whiteboard surfaces. When a promotion ends or a range changes, the display is lifted off in seconds and replaced without leaving holes or adhesive residue.
3.Industrial Jigs, Fixtures & Workholding
Large-format pot magnets are used to build modular magnetic jigs on steel welding tables, granite surface plates (with steel inserts), and cast iron machine beds.
