Neodymium Pot Magnet with M6 Internal Threaded Bush Nickel Plated Holding Magnet 320N Pull Force Industrial Mounting
- PRODUCT DETAIL
This pot magnet features an internal threaded design. A machined steel bushing extends from the top surface, with a tapped hole in its center. Instead of an exposed stud, this internal thread accepts any compatible bolt, eye bolt, hook bolt, or threaded rod. This make the magnet working face remains completely clear and flat – no protruding hardware. And the bushing provides a full mechanical, vibration-resistant connection for whatever accessory you need to attach. The entire assembly, both cup and bushing, is plated with a Ni-Cu-Ni coating, delivering robust corrosion resistance for industrial, outdoor, and marine environments. Note: The pull force is the test value under ideal conditions (direct attraction to a clean, flat 5mm thick low-carbon steel plate). In actual applications, factors such as paint, rust, air gaps, and thin steel plates will reduce the breakwaway force.

Key Features
1. Top – Access Threaded Mounting
The internal thread accepts any standard bolt, eye bolt, hook bolt, or threaded rod. The magnet stays fixed in place while the hardware is interchangeable – simply screw in the fastener you need. All operations are performed from the top face, so you never have to reach behind or around the magnet’s working surface. This makes it ideal for installations where the magnetic contact area becomes inaccessible after mounting.
2. Zero Protrusion on the Magnetic Working Face
The magnetic working face is completely clean and flush – no fasteners, studs, or protrusions reduce the contact area. This allows full-surface contact with the mounting plate, delivering maximum holding strength and a stable, wobble-free fit even on precision-ground surfaces. You get the full rated pull force every time.
3. One Magnet, Unlimited Configurations
Swap between hex head bolts for rigid panel mounting, eye bolts for overhead lifting, hook bolts for hanging applications, threaded rods for adjustable extensions, or wing bolts for tool-free adjustments – all using the same internal thread. Change the fastener without removing the magnet from its installed position, saving time and eliminating the need for multiple dedicated magnets.
Applications
1. Lifting & Suspension
For overhead lifting, simply thread an eye bolt into the magnet and use it as a compact lifting magnet for moderate loads. For hanging applications, replace the eye bolt with a hook bolt to suspend tools, cables, signs, or light equipment. The same magnet body accepts different hardware in seconds – no need to unmount the magnet itself. This versatility makes it a go-to solution for workshop hoisting, cable management, and temporary signage.
2.Display & Lighting Fixtures
Internal thread pot magnets are common in retail and exhibition environments. They are used for ceiling-hung signs in supermarkets, modular display stands, and magnetic recessed downlights. The internal thread accepts threaded rods or custom mounting brackets, enabling quick, tool-free installation and easy repositioning. When displays need to move or lights need replacing, simply unscrew the hardware while the magnet stays fixed to the steel structure.
3. Precision Measurement & Instrumentation
Internal threaded pot magnets serve as magnetic bases for dial indicators, comparators, and other precision gauges. The deep thread cavity provides a stable, rigid mounting point for articulated arms and measuring fixtures. This design eliminates play and vibration, ensuring accurate readings even on uneven machine surfaces.
